I visited the classic car meeting, hosted by the “Klassikstadt GmbH” in Frankfurt on Sunday, unfortunately I was a little late so most of the cars were already gone.
Anyway, one car made a huge impression on me (and on the kid in the first picture), a Ford GT40 (I highly doubt it’s an original chassis). Sadly I don’t know anything about it, beside it had some Porsche break calipers, some aftermarket parts, a license plate for historic cars and it must have seen some battles on racetracks.
It had broken fibreglass on some spots, front tires that were rubbing inside the fenders and an ADAC sticker from a race on one of the windows. It was damn loud car porn at it’s best!
